Durable marine grade, Flexible (Polyvinyl Chloride Extrusion Compound) will not crack, rot or deteriorate when exposed to temperature extremes.  Plus it is unaffected by oil, gasoline, & saltwater. UV inhibitors prevent yellowing and deterioration from sunlight.
